Twenty-four numbered questions covering published rate by region (5), fees (6-7), security add-ons (8-11), SLA and contract terms (12-15), API and log fees (16-17), corporate stability (18-19), procurement-ready output (20-21), residency (22), audit and price guarantee (23-24).

  1. 01.What is your published per-GB egress rate for North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, South America, and Africa?
  2. 02.What is your per-request (HTTP/HTTPS) fee, if any?
  3. 03.What is the cheapest per-GB tier we can reach without a multi-year commitment?
  4. 04.What is the minimum monthly commitment to qualify for that tier?
  5. 05.Do you charge for cache fill (origin to edge) on cache misses?
  6. 06.Do you charge for origin egress if our origin is not on your cloud (e.g., AWS S3 -> non-AWS CDN)?
  7. 07.What is the per-GB rate for the next two volume tiers above our forecast?
  8. 08.Is WAF included or priced separately? If separate, what is the per-million-request fee?
  9. 09.Is Bot Management included or priced separately? List the SKU and rate.
  10. 10.Is image optimization included? Per image or per byte? What is the fee?
  11. 11.Is premium routing (Argo equivalent) included? Per GB or per request?
  12. 12.What is your published 99.9% SLA credit policy? How is downtime measured?

How to grade the responses
Quote-only vendors typically refuse questions 1-7 in writing. Force the answer or remove them from the shortlist. Anchor every negotiation with published rates from Cloudflare, Bunny, KeyCDN and Fastly.
